History Tab

The History tab displays a list of all completed medication review forms for a patient, with the date of review, the pharmacist’s initials and the medication review type. This information can also be accessed from the Patient Folder in Nexxsys.

The previous medication review forms can be viewed and printed by selecting the medication review type under the Activity column.
